RePUTATION
Factory Noir - Feature Film
The trailer was scored, edited, mixed, and mastered by Jake and features the original score from the film
'Reputation' is a psychological crime drama set in the fictional Northern town of Dennings, in the beautifully scenic Ribble Valley.
Raw, violent and darkly comic, this is the nano-budget feature film debut of Preston-based writer/director Martin Law. Starring James Nelson-Joyce (A Thousand Blows), Kyle Rowe (The Devil's Hour), & Olivia Frances Brown (Boiling Point) the film is set for release in 2024.
Influences range from Shane Meadows’ Dead Man’s Shoes to Larry Clark’s Bully; from Eran Creevy’s Shifty to Nicolas Winding Refn’s Pusher trilogy. Co-written with Dean Gregson & Jordan Derbyshire, this is a psychological character study; an intimate look at loyalty, greed and power in Broken Britain.
’Reputation’ has been produced independently by Factory Noir on a modest budget, with funding coming from private investors.
